Possible to install KDE Neon on PinebookPro?

Yeah, but the KDE itself is the newest available. And since NEON makes no ARM AARCH64 builds there will be no other way ATM to get an actual KDE running on the PBP

Neon is based on Ubuntu and so absolutely dependent from what Ubuntu builds for AARCH64
