This is correct. The first 1100 orders are automatically the 128GB version.

What is the current tally sitting at?
Is the eMMC detatchable? Would be interested in upgrading it or paying to have the biggest available.

The eMMC is detachable and replaceable. It uses the same module type as the Rock64 and some of the other P64 SBCs,
available on the store.
The biggest eMMC chip I have ever seen available for
anything is 256GB, and you are paying a premium for it. If you want lots of storage, I'd recommend getting the
NVMe adapter and a
NVMe-capable (not SATA) M.2 drive.

Will the 128Gb upgrade be installed? Or will it just be sent in the package as an extra?

It will be pre-installed.

So, a late register to the forums can purchase the 64 GB version, a M.2/NGFF NVMe SSD Interface Adapter, and then install an M.2 drive for additional storage. Correct?
