Please help me with order Pinebook Pro - I got an expired code from pine64

I got a coupon, but I don't know how to order a pinebook Pro. When I enter a coupon in my cart it says it has expired. I received the coupon today and will expire today. The email is written: Upon checkout, you must use the same email address which you registered with on the PINE64 Forum; but I don't know where to put my email.

Specification:

I got a coupon 24.8.2019 at 02:41am (European timezone) and in email was written: Expiry Date : 2019-08-24.

Why didn't they send me the code before it expired Do they have a problem with time zones?

Do I get a replacement code for their error?

My coupon was rejected too because it had "expired". It was set to expire on 24 August, and I tried to place the order at 8:40am on 24 August (European timezone). Very frustrating and disappointing.

That's very disappointing. Do you mind sharing the coupon code - I am in the US and will see if it works.

I'm holding onto the code for the time being in the hope that the sales team can investigate why it's not working. I hope I will still be able to use it.

I have the exact same issue. My coupon had an expiry date of 2019-08-24 so I thought I would be able to order one this morning CET but it said it was expired. I think it would have been clearer if it had an "expiry deadline" in UTC.

My code expired too. I was away and didn't see it in time.

For anyone who had their coupon expire too early, Email sales@pine64.org from the email address you are registered on the forum with.

Coupon was reissued this morning. Order successfully placed. I hope I still get the 128Gb eMMC module upgrade. There were only 1500 of these, and I hope that the problems with the coupon code do not mean that I have become customer number 1501 Sad
