Manjaro ARM 19.12 Official Release - PineBook Pro
(05-15-2020, 08:15 AM)kratti Wrote: Installed Manjaro ARM 20.04 today and  can't perform an update.

sudo pacman -Syyu

fails with:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
nss: /usr/lib/p11-kit-trust.so exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Anybody have an idea as to why this is happening on a fresh install and what I should do to fix the situation? Seems pretty weird to me.
The fix is:
Code:
sudo pacman -Syu --overwrite /usr/lib\*/p11-kit-trust.so

the brief explanation is at:

Thank you! That solved the issue.

Guess I should have searched the error I got on the internet but truth to be told I was just too surprised that for the first time ever I installed an OS that I could not install programs to or perform an update without doing a manual intervention first.
