Sorry to not really add anything other than I have similar issues. Bought in February. Never used the iron functions. Updated the firmware to adjust the settings. Plugged it back into the PC a couple of times since, no problems, usual display. Plugging it in now gives me nothing, even when I hold the minus to get to the firmware flash screen. Totally dead. I was told by support to post info here so I thought Id jump on here.
