eMMC for Odroid C4 work in PBP?

More specifically from cold it will typicaly work for a few minutes and lock up, and then after a long power button press will reboot and work perfectly, so it's almost like a temperature issue.
I need to go back to the factory 64Gb eMMC to be sure, but it seems to me that this Odroid eMMC might not be 100% compatible.
I also experience hard lock ups with Manjaro, especially after an upgrade.
But after a while it's stable again, until the next upgrade.
