Hi! I live in Europe and am new to ARM based laptops such as your PineBook Pro. I was wondering if you will be shipping it to Europe and if so, will we have to pay extra import taxes/tariffs or will you also be shipping it from inside the EU (free of extra charges)? Also, what is the weight (in kg) of the PineBook Pro? Thank you!

It will ship to the EU. There are shipping costs of approx Euro 30 associated with shipping (you will get a exact quote during order). As for customs tax - this depends from one country to another.

Just to add to this, as far as I know / last time I checked, there are no tariffs for importing laptops and such to EU from China, but you can expect the standard tax for laptops to be slapped onto the package by customs.

Pardon the paranoia, but can this waiting for the coupon put us at risk of getting too far down the list of orders, as compared to people preordering without bothering about the 128GB-upgrade coupon?

Sorry for another paranoid question but is order priority going to be based on the coupon code or on when the full order is placed? Basiclly do I need to be twitching over my laptop until I get a coupon code and have actually ordered or can I go back to work once I've done the first step of the process and put in my actual order in the evening?

Some people will get their coupon within 72hrs and others a few weeks later. All the 128GB community member PBPs should go out within 2 months.
After that, regular pre-order sales start for normal versions.

Yes, only ISO in the first one or two batches. When wiser available, then also ANSI

That said, am I right in understanding that all shipments will go from Shenzhen -> USA headquarters -> shipping out? There's no way to ship directly from Shenzhen to another part of China?

I hope not, seeing as I'm in Hong Kong, it's only about 1hr from here by ferry...
