| Cannot get any Manjaro 20.04 images to boot |

I managed to get the Archlinux image to boot both from the USB and microSD but no dice with any of the Manjaro images I tried so far.
I tried with an older 32GB microSD and a very recently purchased 64GB microSD (the same one that works with the Archlinux image) still nothing.
My goal is to do a fresh install (preferably the XFCE variant of Manjaro) on an NVMe SSD, I recently installed the NVMe adapter and an NVMe SSD, once booted in Archlinux I can see the nvme0n1 device.
I updated the SPI flash with the latest version provided by pcm720 that changes the boot order and allows to boot directly from an NVMe SSD.
I physically removed the eMMC from PBP as I don't intend to use it (assuming I can actually get it to boot directly from the NVMe SSD).
Is the reason why Manjaro won't boot from MicroSD because I removed the eMMC module?
Thanks.

Got the latest dev build 113 from updates. Attempted to enable gps after that but missed one line in the terminal. Restarted phone. Ever since then it randomly starts vibrating unstoppably and hangs the phone. Have no choice but to force shut down when this happens.
Seems like something that should be patcjed ASAP by ubports team

I preordered the new PinePhone as soon as I heard about it. Fast forward a couple weeks, and I find out about cases and screen protectors. Is it possible to add these to my order to reduce shipping costs and carbon footprints alike?

When i got my phone out of the box, calls and texting were working perfectly. Had an issue where i soft-bricked the phone on day 1; one of those hrowing pains. Flashed the latest version of UB touch (build 70 from the current repo) and recovered the phone, all else is good. Now the calling is very intermittent though. Ive successfully made and received one call each way, but most of the time calls fail. Considering the norm prior was stable and now its intermittent there must have been something done right before. Also noticing this is a very frequent problem. Ive seen several potential solutions but im not sure which is current. One comes with a warning its no longer current, the other seems to be a way to call through the terminal.
Hoping somebody could point me to the best known current solution. Modem shows signal and detects my network. As mentioned 1 successful outgoing and 1 incoming have been made since the new OS flash. Just fails 99% of the time. Successful calls were 100% prior to reflashing...

Update! 2 more successful calls but only after 2nd restart. Not sure if ill always need to restart phone for this to work.
Update 2.... So it appears the 2 additional successful calls, making it 4 since the update were flukes, and its completely intermittent. Sometimes i randomly succeed, but mostly i dont.

Hello
I know that the PinePhone doesn't have the hability to receive FM radio natively.
I am wondering if this is something that could be done using the pogo pins.
What I have in mind is something like a case with dedicated hardware to decode and then send the signal to the phone via I2C.
Note that I have no experience in hardware thinkering. This is just a thought.

| Ubuntu bootloops on Braveheart |

So originally it wasn't booting because I had a low battery charge, too low for Crust to boot. Now I charged it, and it bootloops.
This is what happens:
I flash it with either bmaptool or gnome image writer. Then I boot it, the rainbow LED goes and then there's the pine logo. Then there are 2 possible cases: there's a Ubuntu Touch logo that splashes for a few seconds and the screen goes black, or the same logo freezes forever. Then it reboots.
I tried everything, I tried making a bigger swap file, thinking that there wasn't enough. Changed partitioning table from MBR to GUID. Tried different builds from different channels and weeks.
I really don't know what to do, Mobian isn't stable enough for me... I need a basic phone with internet access and being able to hotspot, anbox compatibility would be appreciated; I am in vacation and my old Nexus gave up on me and I only have this pinephone.
Any help would be appreciated!
