Orange light won't boot>>>PineBook Pro
#1
Dodgy I get a new Pinebook Pro like a month ago run ok, then after did the first update, all seem ok, turn it off. The next day when I turn it on the orange light never turns green and a black screen there, won't do anything. What to do send it back and ask for my money or do Pine64 have any kind of customer technical support for these types of issues. I ask because I can't find anything to help me fix this issue. The only support to be found will be of course sales support. Please get back to me thank you! Dodgy

There is no technical support outside of hardware faults. Try searching the forums for similar issues posted/marked solved.

You bought a computer that was designed for people who can deal with this sort of problem; I thought that was pretty obvious when I bought mine.

Have you tried leaving it on? I don't know what OS you're using, but sometimes booting takes a little longer. Else you'll need to either boot from an SD card to recover the system, or, reflash the eMMC with an adaptor in another computer.

I'm not sure if this is your particular issue, but I had at some point left a bootable SD card inside and forgot about it.
After a reboot I could not boot my device. I only found out about it because i wanted to boot from another SD card that I found out
there was already one inside it

Well, it's a good thing to be aware of.  So, thank you.
