Is my PineTime lost?

I'm in the UK and I ordered a PineTime from the official store on 12th August 2021 and I started seeing tracking info on 19th August with the last update on 21st August and nothing since. The tracking is all in Chinese and upon translation seems to indicate the PineTime moving around China.

So there has been no update since the 21st, do I consider it lost? Does anyone have any experience of time scales involved with the delivery of a PineTime to the UK? Is it time to contact Pine64?

Maybe your package has arrived in your country, but isn't cleared yet from customs. In that case there would be no tracking updates and it can take quite a while. 2 weeks can be normal for customs, depending on the country.

I'm in the UK too. I ordered mine on the 27th July and it arrived on the 26th of August. 

The updates on the tracking did indeed go quiet for a good couple of weeks after it was with the airline to fly out of China. It then started being tracked again in the UK. 

UK customs is 'variable' at the moment still, although its settled down a lot since the start of the year (I do a lot of importing for my work).

FYI - I didn't have to pay any duties for it, it just got delivered. I guess the value wasn't enough to trigger it. 


Its well worth the wait - I've been loving using it.
