Please don't yell at me.  Due to me work, I cannot monitor this forum everyday.  I have never received an email from the Sale Team even though I preordered on the first day? 

Is this normal?

Is there a timeframe?  I just want to make sure I am not missing it!

You should have a confirmation email. Maybe in spam. Info about the coupons to actually order can be found in the coupon thread, I think stickied in this board. But basically you will be waiting another few weeks for coupon. The thread has a lot more info though.

Not necessarily, but you will absolutely get your order shipped before the public orders do.

All forum pre-orders are guaranteed the 128GB upgrade. All public pre-orders will be 64GB.

Is there any news about when the first batch will be ready for delivery yet?

I presume, not long after the first batch goes into the delivery system, we'll also get notification from the carrier about import duty, VAT and other fees before we can get our sticky paws on them

Really looking forward to playing with this super duper machine.

I signed up on July 25 (my birthday incidentally), received no confirmation email, when I couldn't find it, tried to sign up again, and it said I had already signed up.

Did you check your spam folder? 

And even then it'll likely be a few weeks before you get the coupon to actually order.

I had checked it, but apparently spam in gmail's android app seems a bit different than desktop. I just found it after manually going through the folder again. So I guess I'll be able to order sometime soon.
