		After reading today's irc logs I've realized that ayufan has found the solution.
You need to change "rx_delay" in file "arch/arm64/boot/dts/rockchip/rk3328-rock64.dts".
From:
rx_delay = <0x11>;
To:
rx_delay = <0x18>;
After that change everything is peachy:
