My current solution for this is to boot from the BSP kernel, as described here: https://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=9253
This is obviously far from ideal, but it's the only workaround I've found so far for enabling Redshift under Manjaro on the Pinebook Pro. If anyone else finds a better solution I'd love to know
