WiFi/BT module not working on Android

Anyone knows hot to fix this?

Have you turn on the Wifi switch at the setting page?

Of course! And the BT switch...

I check the sys info, the MAC address fields for both WIFI and BT are empty.

Seems like the module is not even recognized at all.

Please check whether the module has been plug in properly. If you can take a photo, i will confirmed. If the module is broken, I will send a replacement to you.

Here's the photo. As you can see 13, 14, 15, 16 are matching.
