Hi zaius, thanks for the idea! I take it you meant to point out the dead-beef-02 UUID, right?
I noticed that too, but I assumed that it's a placeholder that somehow gets overidden on boot (by the u-boot code?).
When I look at the boot logs it does seem to get updated indeed:
