I am very interested in running a cluster of RockPro64's myself. They seem to be the best bang for your buck right now for SoC's on the market. I just got my first board and I'm very happy with it.
If anyone @tllim or anyone else has any success stories about running a cluster, I'm sure we would all love to know what technologies you used, and maybe sketch up a rough 'Getting started' guide/tutorial?
Honestly, I'm kind of late to the game on SoC (SBC? lol). RockPro64 is the 1st one I've ever owned. I skipped RaspberyPi's and all that stuff and went straight to the best available Any-who, I read this really cool tutorial on how to build a cluster of RaspberryPi's recently & I thought it might be helpful to anyone interested.
Fair warning, I haven't tried any of this stuff yet myself, but since the RockPro64 specs dwarf that of the RaspberryPi's I'd imagine this sort of thing should be much more in reach, with less boards.
The author, Alex, even recommends using a regular Rock64 4Gb at the end of the blog post so I assume Rockpro64 is even better
