Initial boot redo?

(First posted on 6/3, never received any responses.)
Hi! I booted up my PBP for the first time, and I misunderstood the locale question, and selected the wrong one. So the whole system started in Arabic. I figured out how to change the locale in the settings manager, but it only changed about half of the text back to English. I literally have not done anything else on it yet, is there a way to redo the initial boot process? I feel like that would be the simplest option if possible.

(I'm fairly new to Linux and extremely new to Manjaro)

You should be able to fix the rest by using the KDE settings app to change the interface language, and then reboot.
