I have some compatibility issues between my writer files generated with libreoffice 6 on my desktop when intending to use them on libreoffice 5 of PBP. (for example rotated inserted images).
Is it possible to upgrade to LO 6 on PBP, as it is not on official repositories.
It appears to be a problem with dependencies.

Can you run GrapheneOS on it? I have read it is secure. If not. Why not? I mostly want to know what the most secure OS would be on a pinephone braveheart, when it come to any kind of hacking attempt from hackers or the government or anyone. Out of curiosity. Thanks!

From the Pine64 store I bought a 7" LCD Touch Screen Panel.

I just hooked it up to my Pine64-LTS

I am running FreeBSD 12.1.

I was hoping that the Pine64-LTS would see this as a monitor and it would work without me needing to install any drivers etc.

I was hoping somebody could make some comments about this device.

Does it work for you?
What OS you you have to make it work ??

P.S. Writing from Calgary, Canada. The city is in kind of a "stay at home" mode. Some people still go to work. We all seem to keep our distance lately.

So I'm not really sure what the issue is, but using for example Manjaro seems to work just fine with my Wifi router, although once the regular Debian has been installed (Thompson installer) I can no longer find my network. Its not a problem that the network doesn't work, as I see other networks in the list, its also not an issue of weak signal as I'm fairly close to the router and get high % of signal where I'm at. Does anyone have any clue what the source of the problem could be?

I've been using my Pinebook Pro since January and one of the first things I notices about the speakers is that one of the speakers is in reverse polarity from the other.

This results in audio that sounds very weird with almost a kind of a fake "surround" effect.

This only appears on the speakers, not the headphones. I also tried to look if it is easy to reverse the cables but it's unfortunately not and the cables are very thin and I'm not confident enough of my soldering to hack it in hardware.

One way to fix it in software is to use alsamixer and then enable either "R invert" or "L invert", however, now the headphones have incorrect audio.

I'm curious if your Pinebook Pro has similar issues and how did you solve them. I will probably try to hack it on the hardware level at some time in the future.

Has anyone get a DS18B20 temp sensor working on a RockPro64?
I have only seen an old guide for the older Rock64 board.
