Hello , I met with problem my PineBookPro doesn't want to charge . 
The charging block kinda work but accumulator shows low power . 
I tried to charge him 24 hour but it still low power . 
The red lamp near to power input is blinking red (when it real charging lamp doesn't blinkin')
Hope for ure advise .

did anyone manage to set up VoLTE calls with o2 (Germany)?

In my case (Mobian), the modem was automatically set to Telefónica Germany but the phone always switches to 3G for calls.

I'm curious, if other distros can do VoLTE calls with o2 (Germany) and if anyone could provide some help.

What native (mobile optimized) applications would you like to see becoming available for the PinePhone in the near future?

I am not talking about existing applications that are currently not compatible, I am talking about applications that exist on other platforms (such as Android), but are not available for linux phones, and that you would love to have on your PinePhone.

This thread is in order to put together some opinions, that will help developers decide what the end-customer really need / want on their PinePhone, and maybe give it a higher priority.

Any input will be very much appreciated :-)

yesterday I got my PinePhone Plasma Mobile KDE (very nice...) and started to use it.
Didn't insert my SIM and worked for a while with wi-fi. Tried to install "cheese" to see if the camera worked but the phone stuck on the initial loading page of the application. So I turned off and turned on again the phone several times (also removing the battery) but all I got is always the same black screen, with the white loading lines (the last two ones are: "33.7574321 avdd-csi : disabling" and "33.7610781 usb-5v: disabling").
In other words, can't get the OS start again properly and the phone is sort of "bricked"

I recently found this Reddit post which shows Minetest running with mobile controls on the Pinephone. People under the post also seem to have gotten it to work on Mobin but the prebuild .deb and the cross compile script are both for amd64 and not ARM/aarch64. Any clue how to get this workig if it's possible at all?

Is anyone else having Wi-Fi trouble connecting on Manjaro?  I've only had the phone a few days (Plasma Mobile CE) and I got the wifi working initially for a couple days, but now it says it's connected to my network but it can't load any websites and there's an ! next to the wifi icon.  Then on Manjaro Lomiri SD card it can't find any nearby networks nor connect when I type it in manually, and the icon shows not connected.

However, I have loaded PostmarketOS and Mobian and they have no problems connecting to wifi.  So it seems to be a Manjaro issue?

*Update*  
The RC for InfiniTime which includes the ability to switch from 12/24hr mode is now available, so I am shutting down this project. Please use the official InfiniTime from now on.

Just wanted to post my mod to the default InfiniTime watch face. I know I saw a few people on Matrix ask where they can get a 12hr face, so hopefully it's useful to some.

Features:

• 12hr time with AM/PM designation
  
• Changed date to show Weekday (Short format), Month, Day, Year
  

After seeing other posts I can tell that the gps does not work. You should update the wiki, product page and shop page and change the gps status as 'broken' or 'partial working', to notify the clients.
I think its because of a bad gps antenna, can you tell me where is it ? and can i connect an external antenna ?

Hi all !

I've received today a USB C cable, and could finally test my pinecil in good conditions. I've run a test with a barrel connector when I first received the iron, but the connector was too small to fit into the plug, so I had to keep it in place with one hand !

So, I've started to look at what settings are available in the menu, and once I had done a tour, wanted to try using it. I had a strange problem, which was a steady "420 °C" where the display usually flickrs quickly around the set temperature. I eventually discovered that the tip was at room temperature, and the detailled idle screen told me that the tip was disconnected. I've tested each one of the 5 tips I have, that are all new and unused, same problem.

Anybody having the same problem ? What kind of solution may be applied to this ?
