Pinebook Pro ANSI pre-order

The PINEBOOK Pro ANSI page appears to have just changed from [Out-Of-Stock, estimated pre-order reopen in end of February 2020] -TO- simply [Out-Of-Stock].  Does this mean that pre-order is about to reopen?

There is a post about delays due to the Corona virus. That could also be the reason

Due to Coronavirus Epidemic situation, open pre-order in February month already not possible. Hopefully able to reopen back on early March.
