Have you contacted DHL to find out why?

Contacted DHL , they have reported to me a problem with battery packaging , something about a label . They don't know anything about coronavirus lockdown  . Decreased volume for shipping but still ongoing shipment in and out of country .

I received  the same message on my shipment.  Just guessing that someone screwed up paperwork....

My shipment also got held up and was showing on hold. I called DHL and tbey said it was customs. It ended up arriving 1 business day late (but I missed an entire weekend of play tim).
