I would like to thank the whole pine64 team for such a great support during these difficult conditions. I guess like me, most of the buyer are very excited to receive their own PinePhone and after 2 months of waiting and almost daily checking for any updates, it is hard to remain patient for the last few days. We all know, that our impatient behaviour is kind of ignorant, regarding the situation in Hongkong.
But you're doing an awesome job within an awesome project.

Thanks for the transparency and especially for giving me the opportunity to undo my cheap choice of choosing "asendia"

[edit 9 June] If you originally selected Asendia, it is now possible to change to DHL shipping. Once we get 1000 people to switch over from Asendia to DHL shipment will commence. I'll obviously update you on that in due time

can the FedEX people switch to DHl as well  ?

Unable  to buy upgrade to DHL: "There are no shipping methods available." O_o

I have the same issue. It seems to be related to the selected country as the DHL upgrade appears again when I select for example the UK.

I messed up when upgrading my shipping and forgot to put in my original order number. Now I have to wait for support to get back to me, boo. Lol.

Just received my PinePhone yesterday via DHL. In DHL's hands Saturday and my hands yesterday. I live in southern Florida. I'm not personally a big fan of DHL. Picking up locally is a hassle....

However to all those who can make the change, it seems vital to use DHL ONLY. 
Considering all the political, health and other obstacles in the world today, it seems very foolish to not use the fastest shipping available. Especially considering all the pressure in Hong Kong and China these days....

I'd even suggest making the exclusive shipper DHL. 

Can you afford not to?

What a rigamarole... What if you never get 1000 people to switch over or it takes 3 month to reach 1000? Is there a date that they will ship out either way?
