Oi, no revealing trade secrets, or what my setup looks like! :-P

I actually broke five wires out, as I break the ground line with a switch, so I can cut the power.

So... has anyone found a fabric strap with a loose enough weave to integrate the SWD wires as a feature of the design ;-)

Actually I might have stumbled upon a  new idea...

I think the *smallest* number of additional conductors that needs to come out is 2, SWDIO and SWCLK? In other words there is already a ground as part of the charging pins and there is no need to share the 3v3 if your SWD programmer has its own 3v3 voltage reference?

If that's the case then I think a *very* subtle mod might be possible whilst still allowing access for an SWD programmer: drill small holes very carefully through plastic casing to reveal the chassis of both of the magnets. The holes should be just enough to allow access using pogo pin. After that all that should be needed inside the watch is to run hookup wire from the SWDIO and SWCLK to the body of each magnet and seal it all up.

Bonus marks are available for managed to solder ESD protection diodes to the hook up wires ;-)... possible I think but pretty fiddly.

Hi, I was thinking in something like this:

- https://www.bourns.com/docs/Product-Data.../70ADF.pdf

It is little and wires can be solded to it .

What do you think?

I found this 3d printable case enclosure. Exactly what I'm looking for.
Printing it now.

Let us know how well this works, with pictures if possible.

I ordered a 3D print of the case and it looks good.

Unlike the model, mine came without the bridge over the button - maybe it's for the best. The button is easier to push than if it was surrounded on all sides.

The back fits snug to the body and the watch doesn't gain that much bulk. The case doesn't sit uncomfortably - there aren't sharp edges that would sink into the hand.

I don't have the original charger but just touching the pins starts the charging. All good so far.
