According to the website, it is expected that the PineTab will be back in stock Q1 of 2022. Considering it is the end of Q3 of 2022, I was wondering if there is an estimation of when (or if) the PineTab will be restocked?

Likely never. The SoC it's based on is end-of-life. There will probably be a new tablet based on a newer SoC.
