Well here we are – it's now June, still stuck at "ready to ship", no further information from anyone, no response to any of my emails. What's the bloody point.

...Which indicated a 9-day response time. Doesn't explain why I've not had a reply now for three weeks, or why I've been showing as ready to ship for over a month.

It says ready to ship for the same reason mine says the same thing: it hasn't shipped yet. They haven't replied to your email yet because they're busy shipping kickstarter rewards.

More than two weeks later, and still not a peep out of Pine. At this point I honestly question whether I'll see my board and accessories at all. This is like the A-B-C of Bad Customer Service. What an absolute farce.
