Blinking red light for charger, no power-on

i just had this problem yesterday with AC charger.

i think the notebook was cold, because i brought it from the outside with me.

and the light was blinking. after 15 minutes it stopped blinking. probably the battery warmed up.

If the battery is truly frozen, not just cold, DO NOT charge until you are sure that it is thawed
OR do it somewhere fire-safe,, not at all recommended
You CAN draw power out of a frozen battery safely
