Just to confirm I got this right:


All the remaining PinePhones (UBtouch vers.) are being shipped right now/this week (except standard shipping to GB)

So that would mean

- all standard shipping pinePhones are shipped
- as well as all DHL express upgraded phones from the second upgrade

Would be great if someone who is sure about the situation could confirm that.

I'm excited. Just haven't gotten an email yet but that doesn't matter as long as the phone finds it's way to my door.

@ReleaseTheGeese yes, it does appear that you will have to contact DHL, I'm afraid.  From the looks of it, your package is being held at customs, and they may need your receipt to clear it.

I have finally found their contact form and sent them a message. I will make another post to let everyone know how it goes.

Though, am I really the only one with a DHL "shipment on hold"? It wouldn't surprise me. I've the luck of a roadside midge.

But if I'm not, I'd like to hear anyone else's experiences and how it was solved.

Pinephone second DHL upgrade batch.
Notification from DHL it will be delivered Tuesday (Netherlands).
Now they are spamming me I have to pay import tax. ;-)

once i upgraded to DHL, I had a shipment email a few days later and the product came one day earlier..
pine doesn't take money, it all depends on batch going out.  I got both my pinephone and pinebook within 2 days of eachother.
