For me it is clear that the black screen is due to missing / misconfigured DisplayPort driver. When booting a working version I can see backlight, some traces etc. None of these is visible when booting 5.10 official kernel from Debian repository as if display would be physically disconnected from the mainboard.
I will try also to play with firmware packages to see if it helps.
Unfortunately, this doesn't work. I installed:
- linux-image-arm64 (and its dependences linux-image-5.10.0-7-arm64, firmware-linux-free)
- firmware-linux (and its dependences firmware-amd-graphics, firmware-linux-nonfree, firmware-misc-nonfree)
But the result is the same.
Additional note: When booting Manjaro, which does boot to GUI, it shows traces about misconfigured DP port. I am not sure if it matters or is related.
