Powerful Pinetime with Linux?

The argument that a Linux smartwatch has to expensive is not true. Here I found the information that the KingWear KW88 which can be bought for about 80 USD on Aliexpress can run Linux AsteroidOS, with the issue that the touch screen needs two fingers to be responsive:
