To be powerful is not so important, but it would be easier to use. When you search on the web, there are people expecting from the PineTime to be a Linux Smartwatch. I m interested in a open source bike computer or bike sportswatch, since Garmins system is too limited for my purpose:

I currently have an Android system on two smartphones. But running the software on a watch would eventually be more stable.
Garmin has the option to create custom workouts on some watches. But these custom workouts are not displayed in Garmin Connect. Also it is not possible to access sensor raw data in an easy way.
The Garmin watches are very stable, but too little open for my purpose. The Pinephone is probably the easiest way to start such a project. But a Linux watch which is as close as possible to the Pinephone would be desirable.
