The ones in front are 3mm long, not 4mm.

Looking at the laptopscrews.com page, I'm getting the idea. This was raised with pine64 before, and the reason why they don't just provide "the spec" is, to get exactly the right head diameter, head length, head angle, &c, the spec would be something like "Ningbo Screw Company #2456046464-A, minimum purchase 10,000 units".
