A couple of days ago on IRC there was some discussion about the battery in 1 developer edition handset being exceptionally hard to remove. The avoidance there was to loosen one of the screws holding the mid-plane chassis, but the engineers were curious about the sporadic nature of the problem. I wonder if this is related, i.e. if @chris_02 battery fit is tighter than average?
