The biggest issue the Clusterboard is facing is users... there aren't enough people who enough development knowledge using it to get past these teething issues, which is why it's great to see AZClusterboard doing the guides. It seems that things are finally moving along at last, it was only six days ago that this was incorporated into Armbian, which apart from apparently fixing SPI, also applies the PHY_RTL8211E_PINE64_GIGABIT_FIX needed to fix up networking... so it will hopefully turn up outside of their development builds soon
