Just reformat it with command prompt in Windows. Only smacking them with a hammer can kill them.
Method 3: Try to format your SD card from command prompt.
a. Type cmd in start search box then right click on cmd and click on run as administrator.
b. when cmd opens, type diskpart
c. After that type list disk.
d. Select the disk of your SD card.
e. Type clean.
f. Type create partition primary.
g. Type fomat fs=fat 32 quick .
h. Type exit.
