Update: shorting pin 25 and pin 26 (ground and PMIC_PWRON) on the keyboard connector seems to start a boot process, after a (rather long) while the status led turns green, however the connected screen stays black.
i assume the long time to turn greed is caused by missing peripherals, and that messes something up in the bootup process
