I have been trying to update using the package manager and have had no success. Can I update using the terminal and "sudo pacman update" and "sudo pacman install"? I have also been trying to install software packages without success. Am I missing something? Are there tricks to using the Installation Manager on Manjaro? Any tips or help is always appreciated. Thanks
I gave up on Manjaro as I had the same experience.
I'm a bit concerned as I believe Manjaro is one of the more complete Distros for the pinebook pro.
I'm thinking of getting a bit more involved and installing arch using the instructions instead.
But currently i'm using Armbian but I don't know if id recommend it as it needs an spi bootloader (or advises to use one)
