New Pinephone is dead. eMMC, boot, hardware issues.
#2
Try booting from a microSD card with Jumpdrive (pine64-pinephone.img.xz) on it. Does that boot?

If it boots, you can try to dd an image to your eMMC from a computer over USB. It is more reliable than dd-ing a running system.
