[Fixed] Issue with mesa-git (Manjaro ARM Stable Update 2020-09-22))

Mesa 20.3 just hit the archlinuxarm repository, and it looks like it still has the same bug that was in mesa-git 20.3.xxx.  Kwin on my archlinuxarm install also crashes on startup since I upgraded to mesa 20.3.  Downgrading to 20.2.3 "fixes" the problem.  But of course that's only going to be a temporary workaround.

That probably also means that this package will hit the downstream manjaro-arm repository in a few days...
