PineTime LTE(eSIM) version?

I would like to see a PineTime LTE (eSIM) version...if there is even an OpenSource/FreeSoftware OS that supports this.  I gather Google hasn't bothered to open source WearOS.

Nevermind. I was under the wrong impression that the PineTime was similiar to the other myriad WearOS watches...here is a small sample of WearOS watches being ported to AsteroidOS https://asteroidos.org/install/

...Xiaomi Mi watch, Mobvoi TicWatch Pro, Kospet Prime, LEMFO LEM10, OPPO smartwatch, etc. are some other WearOS watches with a celluar modem.
