When did the wifi module start working?

Hello,

I installed Armbian on my RockPro64 tonight, and to my surprise, the wifi module actually works. Not only does it work, it works really well. I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me when support for the wifi module became complete? Just curiosity on my part.

Just got my RockPro64 and installed DietPi, at first the wifi was not detected, however after update thru LAN and everything works.
the wifi speed seems faster than my pinebook pro...
