Its a great idea... we have a Legos store here at Minnesota (Mall of America) where you can go in and hand-pick the block you want from hundreds of multi-colored bins; essentially build a kit on-the-fly /
i suppose Legos allows this on-line as well... I'm planning on building a pine-nut cluster (at least four boards, maybe more) encased in a Legos tower, with the switch and switching supply in the base and a kind-of pagoda top... when I do it I'll post the list here too; and the instructions with photos.
We might need to start a Legos sub-forum for these special cases...
