RockPro64 ddr clock speed causing system instability

Are there any recommended steps in replacing the clock speed with the custom file: rk3399_ddr_666MHz_v1.25.bin directly on an eMMC boot module?

ELI5 pls if possible at all, I am not super technical

I asked for a board replacement. The board is too unstable
