At least it seems to have. I downloaded and started using the development version on Apr 7 or 8, and have been doing the updates every day. Last one was one file, "linux-pinephone" and after that it finally started receiving both calls and texts during suspend.

Oops. No. Dropped connection to calls and texts after several hours (12?). So maybe it's only a little bit cured?

There is hope. Yesterday's update (April 19, which included another linux-pinephone update as well as about 11 other files) has improved matters some more. It kept the ability to respond to an incoming call overnight, which it hasn't before.
