I have the Manjaro Beta Edition. I'm trying to import my contacts into the phone book. I can tell it to import, I can navigate to a csv file of contacts, and I think I select the file, but then nothing happens and there are still no contacts.
What format does it want, and any idea what I'm doing wrong?
acrux, there must be more to it than that. I'm now trying to import a vcf file, and same results: I select the file, then nothing.

Oops, correct format was the sticking point. I fixed the format issue, caused by my careless editing, and all is well. Thanks! It would be nice if the program popped up an error message, even something relatively uninformative like import failed or so would help.
Hi, I'm on the latest manjaro-arm with Phosh. I don't find any options to import contacts with gnome-contacts. Can you please provide more specifics about what program you were using and/or how to find the option to import from vcf?

Hi. You can install Evolution and use scale-to-fit. It has a contact import option in one of the menus. Maybe someone knows a simpler option?
