Update: received my phone PP BE2 (convergence) an hour ago!

Got my DHL tracking email yesterday, ordered on April 9th. Estimated delivery is May 5th (Canada).

Oh, and DHL just advised me that import duty/tax and "clearance fees" are going to cost $51.48 CAD, which is 20% of the cost of the phone. Taxes are $32.00 CAD, duty is $0, the rest are DHL "clearance fees". Shipping cost was already $30+.

I'm living in Canada. It took three days to get from Hong Kong to Canada and then somehow it will take two weeks to get from Toronto to my town. That is quite an impressive feat. People are getting their Pinebooks before I'm getting my Pinephone. Truly an amazing country.

Geez, how the heck did this happen? Did DHL misplace it somewhere or did the customs just decide to hold onto it?

My Pinebook Pro is at Los Angeles Gateway according to DHL.  Still predicting delivery on the 7th.

Likewise. Mine is sitting in Cincinnati (cleared customs Saturday morning), with an ETA of the 7th. I'm slightly wondering if maybe they only roll trucks to some destinations on an irregular basis, if there's stuff they have time to spare for...

Nah it's coming I'm just bellyaching. I didn't realize it came through the US before it came to Canada but even then it took one day to get to Canada and now apparently it's going to be arriving on the 10th so what it's doing in the time in between I have no idea LOL. I'm just shaking my fist in the air haha.

I can confirm that I have received my PBP today after ordering it on April 3. I am based in Switzerland.

According to the latest information in the first post of this thread, if you pre-ordered prior to April 12, you should have received shipping information within a few days of that. This was however, before DHL had issues due to the pallet of Vivo phones that set on fire... which has slowed shipping down considerably... so fast forwarding to the 30th of April update...

PinePhones destined for the EU should start arriving in end-users hands next week, but in some cases may first arrive the following week, 10-16th May.

... and from the recent comments, some people only got their tracking number a couple days ago... so it looks like pallets are still being cleared and scanned in by DHL... I would hang on another week to see if you get a tracking number or see if there is another status update (again, check the first post, it's kept up to date).

@arjan1995 I know that phones for the EU haven't shipped yet, simply because I'd hear about if from users online. Perhaps the EU warehouse hasn't processed them yet or there is some sort of hold-up. I will see if I can find something out today.

I'll give it another week (or longer, if updates indicate so) before contacting support.
