I still haven't received the shipping info email, does anyone have the same situation?  I committed my order at Dec 27, ships to Hongkong.

Got an e-mail notice that my new KDE Pinephone had a DHL shipping label on it but that it had not been picked up by DHL yet.  Shipping from Hong Kong.

"Waybill: 9502905XXX
Shipper has generated a shipment label, but the shipment has not yet been handed over to DHL"

Message was generated:

"Friday, January 15, 2021 at 10:57
Origin Service Area:
HONG KONG - TUEN MUN - HONG KONG SAR, CHINA"

I have read that some residential districts in Hong Kong are under a new lock-down due to a CORONA VIRUS outbreak.

Selfishly hoping the lock-down does not delay the dispatching of the parcel with the phone.

Same status with mine: DHS still states they don't yet have the package.  Interestingly, two accessory orders I placed at the same time were handed off to the post office and are en route.

I ordered mine on Dec 19th.

Received the "Your order is complete..." email on Jan 19th. That email stated that the phone was dispatched on the 21st.

Like others stated above the Waybill says the shipping label was generated on the 15th, but DHL has not yet received the package.

What is interesting though, I also ordered some accessories on Jan 8th. Received the "Your order is complete..." email for that one also on the 19th. It was picked up by DHL also on the 19th and delivered on the 22nd.

So. Yeah, dunno. We patiently wait I guess. Just hoping someone from Pine64 could chime in and give some kind of update.

Is it normal that I got my DHL tracking number on Jan 19, that the DHL website shows that it was generated Jan 15, but it's now Jan 22 and DHL claims they still haven't gotten it from Pine64?

I've got the same message here in Australia. Starting to wonder what's going on .

I am showing the same status in my order.  So I guess this may be normal

Eleven days since getting a shipping label and the package has not been picked up by the DHL.

I'm getting the same tracking info as others regarding DHL:

Can we get some official response from the PinePhone team as to shipping status?

I see the next edition pine phone will be shipping next month, which is in a few days.

I've seen this type of thing before many times - the label is generated but not physically handed to the shipper yet or the shipper is slow to update.

But it's always been a couple days at most.
