I wonder if, at a later time, you can switch out the 32gb slower eMMC for the faster 16gb if you choose... or, I wonder if there will ever be larger sized eMMCs that run at the faster rate.
Either way, I think I should order the $199 option as it'll give me more space to play and better options at connecting and playing with the hardware. However, I appreciate your help kind sir [or ma'am].

The eMMC is not socket ed so ''not much chance'' to swap that.
I do not say impossible as someone may have the correct tools and skills to do that,
but for 'most of us' it would be "impossible".
I was surprised at the speed difference, I just found that information myself a day ago.
I have not seen an official Pine spec., but the source I believe to be very knowledgeable.

Thank You. There are a few other of us who are awaiting a response as well. I was (am) looking forward to joining the Pine64 Community to help out in anyway I can, but I am not used to the lack of communication I am getting from the Pine Store or whoever is managing the orders. Sure would like to get some response. Hopefully all of us awaiting our phones from the late August/early September time frame will hear some good news very soon.

I'm order #136699 made june 19th. for a pinetab and docking keyboard to the united states.
I didn't originally choose dhl, and the online system refused any attempts to upgrade to dhl after the fact.
Any ideas on shipping dates?

Looks like our hopes to ship to India again are a no-go after all. Thanks for the heads-up. As per reply I received to my ticket no. 7107, it is shipping label printing issue and PBP will be shipped again in 1-2 days. This reply came before 2 days so I expect to receive new tracking Id soon. I hope there is no issue with shipping to India.

Since I received the email nothing has changed on the DHL tracking site, it says:
Shipment information received
HONG KONG - HONG KONG SAR, CHINA
10:58 August 17, 2020
Nothing has changed since then, it's still "Shipping information received". I have contacted DHL and they replied that they didn't get the package, and I should contact the sender.

My order number is after yours and I received noticed of shipping via 4px today, 9/21/2020.
