There was a pretty comprehensive update sent out which said what configurations were being shipped when.

Find your configuration and you'll have a good idea.  It is not "first in line", but rather batches of homogenous deliveries.  Within those batches it is probably first in line.

So what about info for preorder?

Pre-Order has from the beginning always been listed as "After we have finished all kickstarter fulfillments" so you are looking at probably mid June, If you are lucky maybe the end of May, I don't expect to get mine until the end of May as I have a 2Gb Board, Playbox Enclosure and 7in touchscreen with wifi module and battery from Kickstarter.

At this point I'm really confused on how I ended up preorder. Some of the the backers posting here ordered after I did. And when I ordered shipping was promised by or before may 16th.

Did u order via the website or on Kickstarter?
Anything from the web will be considered pre-order.
Any orders from Kickstarter will be deemed as "backers" and will receive the boards "first".

Some info for anyone still waiting for your shipment:
I received my tracking number on the 17th, but it was only on the 21st that tracking info started appearing.
The last update was yesterday 7pm, where it is now in my local "transit station".
I think I'll receive it either by today or hopefully tomorrow.

Items: 2GB board with BT/Wifi, acrylic case, vga adapter

I was a backer and got mine in last Monday,it spent about 5 days in NY, I am guessing in Customs... Both of my units,cases and wifi/BT arrived in great shape and function as should.. I am happy.

I just got my tracking number via email. My configuration was supposed to be shipped out on 22nd this month as per the shipping update given on the kickstarter page. However if I tracking number says the item shipped on 14th April and left Sanghai Intl' Airport on 16th this month. No tracking after that. Really confused where it is right now, considering its almost 10 days past that. !!!

In backerkit page, on hover over 'Rewards are shipped' it says 'Shipped on 04/27/2016.  Really confused now. Have they shipped seperately. If yes why do the tracking number on backerkit match withe the info that says packages shipped on 14th and in transit ?

I've asked to see if my board has been shipped, status or anything and no replies...I've even asked for a refund but the support email is a joke...pretty quick to snatch my money up but ignorant when it comes to shipping or even giving my money back...

I received a shipping confirmation email 20 hours ago and I got really surprise when I checked my track number...

My order was sent on 14th April too. Got tracking number on Wednesday evening - right after I pickup "no one at home" paper slip from mailbox. Both Pine64 boards at home.
