Straight up scam of a company. Already replied back with asking for a full refund (including the paypal conversion tax and delivery cost I already payed and phone) or the phone I ordered. Ordered 3 months ago. Worst company,

Just open a dispute in Paypal, maybe this would get their attention. If they keep ignoring you after that, you can escalate your dispute to a claim.
Just made it. this situation looks much too worse than it was with braveheart. I thought pine64 will make some good knowledge of that situation. but it looks this was not a lesson. I bet raspberry will make their phone first rather we get pinephone in russia =(
When I asked for clarification to their first email, they responded in under 5 mins. When I asked for a refund or the product, I am still waiting. Contacting paypal right now.

Here is what it means: Asendia is unable to deliver to you location and we were unsuccessful in finding another postal-based service as substitute.
In result we present you with two outstanding options: 1) upgrade to a delivery courier; 2) get your money back and cancel the order.

As explained many times over, this situation is not caused by us (nor by Asendia frankly speaking) but rather the circumstances.

You legally have to give the second option otherwise you are committing fraud and the 1st option isn't an option for those not wanting to pay even more for a product they already payed for. Out of principal, I will not pay 30USD for shipping let alone for a company I already payed shipping for but they couldn't get their sh** together to ship it out. Will be getting a refund. My patience and sympathy went to waiting for 3 months without anything clear coming from the company so now all I have left is fury and rage. Worst company ever.

can you please make a clear comment on sales team ignoring order cancelation email letters? I've seen at least two more posts with no updates on order cancelation via email.

I can understand frustration at the situation, but I think you are misplacing blame. Of course, I might have reacted similarly had I got that email.

So who is it right to put the blame on? Name it because I clearly see this as PINE64 with their poor choice of shipping companies with them having closed trade links. You cannot blame everything on a virus. I am still getting orders from china on ebay on time or max of 3 or so days after estimate. Any website I have used to order like amazon deliver either on time or a few days late. I ordered 3 months ago and this company was meant to ship weeks ago and they still haven't and now they are cancelling. I enjoy being blatant with expressing my opinions and this is it. Nice job on messing up half of the world's orders.
Question 
Anyone else getting this message from 17 Track? "This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later." It shows not found and the auto-carrier select shows USPS. Not sure what to make of it.
I am waiting for update on my pinebook pro. I have tried contacting by PM, by twitter, by opening support tickets.

My first attempt at contacting them was 3 weeks ago.

@Luke told me to contact him via PM, but did not reply.

Got a bland reply from support telling me to wait, since then I sent two more updates with no reply.

The main post notes:
[edit 30 June] I am aware that there is a small number of people who are still waiting for the PBP to arrive -- it is my understanding that the delay is caused by the DHL labeling some units as 'spacial handling' causes. These units will depart after July 7th.

[edit 1 July] The small number of outstanding Pinebook Pro's will ship out this Friday, July 3rd.

July 3rd has long passed, I am awaiting Fedex shipping (that was the only available option).

I see that people here are rightly pissed off, the service I have received is way below par.

I honestly believe they have no intention on shipping out my unit.

This is my last attempt to get someone to acknowledge and respond.
