I ordered April 13 and still haven't received any information on shipping. I did just switch to DHL after the PinePhone shipping change, so hopefully this means it will be going out soon.

From the last update it looks like your phone will go out once the laptops are done. So I'm guessing you may see a notification towards the end of this week or maybe next week at worst?

So let me get this straight....
I reluctantly paid extra for DHL shipping a week ago today... But the phones aren't even ready to ship? sounds like ascendia doesn't have anything to do with the delay... Also out of 1000, how many people have paid for the DHL upgrade? Now that you have 10k, on top of assuming 1000 people paid 150 for a CE PP, 150k... Why is it that there are delays again, labor shortages? I also vaguely remember someone from "Florida" posting they had already received theirs... didn't seem to take much time, not much more than a weekend. At this point the money I spent months ago could have gone to a good condition pixel, flashed a rom and had money left over for the TP crisis the media ran with recently.. I'm loosing my patience. Anyone else?

As for PinePhone shipments, the cause of the delay is Asendia’s inability to fulfill shipment at this time. Unlike DHL – which has a fleet of aircraft and local couriers at its disposal throughout the world – Asendia relies on third-party logistics and national postal services to fulfill orders. Seeing as many borders are still closed and, at times, carriers or postal services Asendia cooperates with have not returned to normal operation, it is simply impossible to accept our shipment. Earlier this month we gave everyone the option to change their shipping from Asendia to DHL, and we have now reached the required number of orders to commence a DHL ‘upgrade’ shipment in a matter of days. Those who have not yet changed their Asendia shipment orders to DHL still have the option to do so.
